Please read the 'Scanned Music (Optical Music Recognition)' section in the Lime
manual. It starts on page 139. This can get a little tricky if there are
multiple voices on a staff and if that's the case then check out
http://www.dancingdots.com/tsgf2/tsMovieLime.htm where there are a few movies
about handling multiple voices on a staff. The actual movies won't help you
but read the scripts.

I was working on a different piece than the one described in my
previous message. Hoping to have some success at editing without
sighted assistance, I scanned and converted a sheet of music from
SharpEye to Lime. There was a rhythm error that showed too many
beats for a measure. Try as I might, I was unable to delete the
rests that would have corrected the extra beat. I know there
must have been a simple solution, but it escaped me.
