After stopping your apache2 server, restart your docker service using following
command.
sudo service docker restart
Note: If you have more than one server applications(in your case GNUKhata and
Apache server) running on a single machine on the same port, than its bound to
conflict.

Hi
I think your Apache service is running .
You'll have to stop the Apache service and restart docker.
I guess it is some thing like sudo service apache2 stop or what ever
service name is.
Can some one give the commands to start docker?
It is part of grouble shooting.
Happy hacking.
