The Latin American Cultural Institute presented awards to the winners of the 
XXXIII International Poetry Competition and Narrative "Letters to the World 
2013" The first prize went to Ernesto Kahan, Israel, for Poetry, and Roberto 
Alfiz, Buenos Aires, for narrative.
The ceremony was held in Alsina 27 of Junin, filled with writers from around 
the country and abroad. May 22, 2013
