Dear members of the GHA!
I fully support innovative and promising project Monitoring! On the GHA
website there are proposals to the UN and States, among which "the Need to
create at the UN two chambers: the Senate and the Parliament.
Representation of Nations in these chambers should be proportional to its
population." This is a very important proposal, but, unfortunately, not
made. While the UN the right to vote and decisions are representatives of
the authorities, many of which - military configured, and the voice of
peaceful people there is not presented. I see that the wide implementation
of the project Monitoring in many countries of the world just to help get
the power and influence of peaceful voice of the public.
