Dear Justo, You wrote the Prime Minister of Spain brilliant profound answer that concentrated the GHA key ideas and world significance of Global Peace Science (GPS). I am happy to congratulate you with this letter, and cordially to thank you for it, in which GHA sees another major practical step towards this science and undeniable contribution to it! GHA highly appreciates it! Thank you very much for this unique contribution! Your letter is a model for all GHA members to send similar letters to the Heads of States and other Governments. Our 48 letters to them, which can be considered as a sociological study of their relationship to the GPS, showed that they are not hopeless. Of the 17 Heads one was sensitive to it. So, on the theory of probability, of the 200 Heads of States and Governments in the world, 11 can be just as sensitive and interested in GPS. We need to find these 11 leaders to encourage them to initiate this science on the UN General Assembly, in UNESCO, G20, G8, etc. We see that this chance is very small, but it is not zero, accounting for about 10%. We can also make a conclusion from this sounding that world leaders and governments limited the war scope and military mind on about 90% and only 10% are open to peace, peace-making, peace thinking and GPS. I repeat: it is very small, but not zero and we have to look for these 10% through our invitation letters to support GPS. In connection with the GHA preparation in the coming year an unprecedented book of key importance for GPS: "Global Peace Science: The First Common Good for the 21st Century," we have every reason to invite to participate in it the Heads of States and Governments. I think in your new answer to the response of your PM, you could invite his to participate in this historic book and write a short article for it in 2-3 pages. This will be his contribution to GPS, which will be his peacemaking merit and honor. Similar remarkable contribution was made ??by the President of India (2002-2007) Dr. Abdul Kalam, his articles and poems in the ABC of Harmony (www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=478). Any leader can make a similar contribution, if we will endeavor in our letters to them positively motivate them, at least 10% of the sensitive peaceful ideas. They also need the peace enlightenment. The first one belongs to the Spanish art genius Francisco Goya, and the second - the scientific genius Albert Einstein.
