SAINT-VALENTIN ……ET RESPECT DES DROITS FONDAMENTAUX DE LA FEMME !
La Saint-Valentin = c’est pour l’homme si la femme est son avenir : œuvrer
pour le respect de ses droits fondamentaux ;
Si la théorie du genre, s’est traduite par un débat passionné mais souvent
peu consistant et ce dossier n’apporte rien de concret sur ce dossier pour
son évolution, cependant, à l’occasion de la Saint-Valentin, il m’est apparu
important de rappeler quelques réalités.
Certes, il existe aussi la réalité d’hommes battus, humiliés de façon
quantitativement moindre, cependant qualitativement, toute atteinte au
respect de la dignité de toute vie est insupportable !
Cependant il est cette tendance lourde sociétale de la nécessité de
poursuivre le combat pour le respect des droits fondamentaux de la femme,
ainsi :
1993 = déclaration de l’ONU sur la nécessité de l’élimination de la violence
à l’égard des femmes
1995 = Conférence mondiale sur les femmes à Pékin
1999 = l’ONU proclame le25 novembre : journée internationale de la violence
contre les femmes
2011 = attribution du prix Nobel de la paix à 3 femmes militantes des droits
des femmes
2013 = Le Etats ayant signé la convention sur les droits des femmes
s’engagent à protéger leurs droits y compris avant, pendant et après les
conflits.
Et cependant encore dans un pays dit civilisé comme la France = tous les 2
jours et demi = une femme décède sous les coups de son époux ou conjoint :
dans le monde = selon la lettre d’Amnesty international de janvier-février
2014, on peut lire :
Une femme sur trois sera battue ou violée au cours de sa vie ; 60 millions
de filles sont victimes d’agressions sexuelles sur le chemin de l’école
chaque année ; plus de 12.000 cas de violences faites aux femmes ont été
recensées par le HCR (Haut -Commissariat aux réfugiés) dans les camps de
réfugiés à travers le monde en 2012.
Récemment encore en Egypte, Afghanistan, Centrafrique, Inde, Syrie, Congo,
Mexique, etc. Il a été recensé des situations d’atteintes aux droits
fondamentaux de la femme, au non- respect de son intimité.

ST. VALENTINE'S DAY ...... AND RESPECT OF THE BASIC RIGHTS OF THE WOMAN !
The St. Valentine's day = it is for the man if the woman is her future: to
work for the respect of its basic rights;
If the theory of the kind, resulted in a passionate debate but often not
very consistent and this file does not bring anything concrete on this file
for its evolution, however, at the time of the St. Valentine's day, it
appeared important to me to point out some realities.
Admittedly, there exists also the reality of beaten men, humiliated in a way
quantitatively less, however qualitatively, very reached with the respect of
the dignity of any life is unbearable!
However it is this heavy tendency sociétale need for continuing the combat
for the respect of the basic rights of the woman, as follows:
1993 = declaration of UNO on the need for the elimination of violence with
regard to the women
1995 = World conference on the women in Beijing
1999 = UNO proclaims le25 November: international day of violence against
the women
2011 = attribution of the Nobel Prize of peace with 3 militant women of the
women's rights
2013 = the States having signed convention on the women's rights begin to
protect their rights including front, during and after the conflicts.
And however still in a country known as civilized like France = every 2 days
and half = a woman dies under the blows of her husband or united: in the
world = according to the letter of international Amnesty from
January-February 2014, one can read:
A woman on three will be beaten or violated during her life; 60 million
girls is victims of sexual assaults on the way of the school each year; more
than 12,000 cases of violences made to the women were listed by the UNHCR
(High commissionership with the refugees) in the refugee camps throughout
the world in 2012.
Recently still in Egypt, Afghanistan, Central Africa, India, Syria, Congo,
Mexico, etc It was listed situations of infringements of the basic rights of
the woman, with the non-observance of her intimacy.
