the Turkish invasion and attack the of the Kurdish people. The Middle East is

LA QUESTION KURDE ET L’IMPUISSANCE EUROPEENNE ET PLUS GLOBALEMENT OCIDENTALE =
QUELLE HONTE !
Il y a quelques années, l’Union européenne a reçu le prix Nobel de la paix,
ceci, pour avoir été un continent en paix depuis la fin de la seconde guerre
mondiale, ceci, hormis le cas à l’Est de l’ancienne Yougoslavie suite à
l’éclatement du système communiste à l’est mais alors avec des pays non membres
de l’UE.
Un communiqué minimal, des déclarations minimales de ses dirigeants, du
Président français et de la chancelière allemande, l’impuissance de l’Europe ne
peut pas nous faire aimer le fonctionnement des Institutions européenne
actuelles.
La Turquie est membre de l’OTAN comme nous et reste candidate à l’entrée au
sein de l’Union Européenne. Le Président tuc exacerbe le nationalisme turc et
sa préoccupation électorale intérieure l’emporte sur les contingences
internationales.
Les Kurdes et le front démocrate syrien ont été en première ligne dans la lutte
contre DAECH et y ont laissé des milliers de morts Or, ils sont de fait
abandonnés !
L’ONU n’a plus aucun poids ! Le Président américain fait des tweets, retire ses
soldats, et menaces de sanctions économiques la Turquie lesquelles n’auront
d’incidences qu’à moyen terme. L’Union Européenne aurait dû décider de
sanctions communes mais hélas !
Bachar El ASSAD revient dans le jeu : c’est incroyable !
Le président Russe Vladimir POUTINE est au centre de la diplomatie ! Il est en
relation cordiale et avec le président syrien son allié, et avec le président
turc, et avec les dirigeants iranien.
Il serait judicieux qu’une délégation composé du Président de l’Union
Européenne, du Président de l’Etat français, et de la Chancelière allemande
aillent le rencontrer pour poser les termes de l’exigence d’un arrêt de
l’intervention turque !
L’Union européenne devrait présenter une résolution commune portée par les 2
représentants européen au Conseil de sécurité permanent de l’ONU : la France et
la Grande Bretagne toujours membre de l’UE en attendant la sortie du Brexit !
Des prisonniers de DAECH détenus par les Kurdes vont se libérer dans le chaos
actuel et poser d’autres menaces au sein de l’UE et ce n’est pas la
préoccupation du Président TRUMP, lequel est hostile à la construction
européenne.
Les Chefs d‘Etat devraient s’inspirer du récent livre « le Gandhica » livre
exceptionnel pour la paix avec les spherons de 82 chercheurs internationaux de
25 pays, au sein desquels figurent des détenteurs de prix prestigieux comme le
Nobel.
La paix ne se décrète pas par des incantations, elle se bâtit par des actes
engagés et une détermination sans faille pour y parvenir.

THE KURDISH QUESTION AND EUROPEAN IMPOTENCE AND OVERALL OCIDENTALE = WHAT A
SHAME!
A few years ago, the European Union received the Nobel Prize of peace, this, to
have been a continent in peace since the end of the Second World War, this,
except the case east of old Yugoslavia following the bursting of the communist
system in the east but then with countries non-member of the EU.
A minimal official statement, minimal declarations of its leaders, the French
President and the German chancellor, the impotence of Europe cannot make us
like the work of the current Institutions European.
Turkey is member of NATO as us and remains candidate at the entry within the
European Union. The President tuc exacerbates Turkish nationalism and its
interior electoral concern overrides the international contingencies.
The Kurds and the Syrian democratic face were in first line in the fight
against DAECH and left there thousands of died But, they are in fact abandoned!
UNO does not have any more any weight! The US president makes tweets, withdraws
its economic soldiers, and threats of sanction Turkey which will have
incidences only in the medium term. The European Union should have decided
common sanctions but alas!
Bachar El ASSAD returns in the play: it is incredible!
Russian president Vladimir PUTIN is in the center of the diplomacy! He is in
cordial relation and with the Syrian president his ally, and with the Turkish
president, and the leaders Iranian.
It would be judicious that a delegation made up of the President of the
European Union, from the President of the French State, and the German
Chancellor will meet it to pose the terms of the requirement of a stop of the
Turkish intervention!
The European Union should present a resolution common carried by the 2
representatives European to the permanent Security Council of UNO: France and
the United Kingdom always member of the EU while waiting for the exit of Brexit!
Prisoners of DAECH held by the Kurds will release themselves in current chaos
and to pose other threats within the EU and it is not the concern of the
President TRUMP, which is hostile with European construction.
The Chiefs D ` State should take as a starting point the recent book “Gandhica”
delivers exceptional for peace with will spherons of 82 international
researchers of 25 countries, in which appear of the holders of prestigious
price like the Nobel.
Peace is not issued by incantations, it is built by committed acts and an
unshakeable determination to reach that point.
