of Ethiopia
Regarding discussion the GHA proposals for reform in Ethiopia for the Prime
Minister, YES! I support the proposal of Gandhica and GHA reform proposals in
Ethiopia for PM.
Therefore, I am interested to be member of GHA delegation for a meeting with
the PM of Ethiopia.
I am also suggesting to establish Mahatma Gandhi School of Peace & Nonviolence
(GSPN) in Ethiopia to develop Global non-violent sustainable world.

I am happy to send for discussion the GHA proposals for reform in Ethiopia
for the Prime Minister on the basis of our Gandhica in the attachment. I sent
these offers to Addis Ababa with two copies of this book in English.
The practical question is that there is a chance that he can invite a GHA
delegation of 5-7 of our experts (statisticians who conducted research on
spherons, cybernetics, educators, condominium lawyers and the like) from
different countries to meet with him in Russia, in St. Petersburg on October
25, if he fully pays for the trip here for 3 days (October 24-26) to every.
Therefore, I invite everyone who wants and has the opportunity to come to
Petersburg these days (24-25-26 Oct.) to inform me so that I can include you
in the GHA list delegation for a meeting with the PM of Ethiopia. Of course,
I understand that the chance of this meeting is small, maybe one in ten or
less. But it exists on a number of signs, therefore, we, the GHA, should be
ready and prepared for this meeting.
With hope for your understanding and your quick response in 1-2 days asap, as
well as for your additions and editing of the GHA proposals for Ethiopia,
which can be used / sent to leaders of other countries if they possess at
least one peace spark from God.
