I excluded you out of the CSSS Project.
Now you have freed me from any doubt on this score. Thank you for that.
You have once again confirmed that you ignore social harmony, without which
your economic justice and a third way is meaningless. You have once again shown
the GHA scientific advantage: you exclude social harmony from your paradigm,
and GHA includes economic justice in the paradigm of social harmony.
Could you include this item in your CESJ's Code of Ethics? It will make your
code more real and honest.

Thank you, Leo, for admitting that I made you no promises on funding the CSSS
project. To have suggested otherwise I would have violated one of CESJ's Code
of Ethics:
16. Integrity. Don't promise what you can't deliver. If you do commit yourself
and then discover that you can't deliver, ask for help. If you're uncertain,
don't promise but try your best.
Having been rejected by you from contributing the ethical soundness CESJ's Core
Values or the scientific value of the scientifically essential triad of
interdependent principles of Economic Justice at the core Louis Kelso's binary
economic vision of a Just Third Way paradigm, I now see in your latest email a
gaping hole in your statistical sociological approach to proving scientifically
your theory of social harmony as a new paradigm for saving the world. You made
the following statement:
"I do not see any possibility for existence and world recognition of your
economic justice beyond the theory of social harmony and without its empirical
(true scientific) statistical study on the example of several countries for
many decades."
Leo, there is no country and there never has been a country in the world whose
laws and economic institutions are consistent with Kelso's scientifically sound
principles of economic justice or my understanding of the scientific logic of
Kelso's binary theory of economics or the specific reforms needed to reshape
the systems as described at our proposed Summary of the Capital Homestead Act.
Hence, you will never see the (true scientific) compatability between the Just
Third Way paradigm for reshaping the economic and political future of the world
with your empirical (true scientific) statistical study of the theory of social
harmony. It makes no sense to me to try to persuade leaders that you can solve
the problems of the world based on a theory of social harmony within existing
economic and financial systems that are flagrantly unjust to most of the seven
billion citizens of the world. If I had the money, I would not spend a cent to
support the CSSS study.

possibility of existence and recognition of your economic justice beyond the
theory of social harmony and without its empirical (true scientific)
statistical study. This is your scientific position. I respect it, and I wish
you success in this way. But I do not believe in it and do not agree with it (I
too have full right to my own opinion, just like you). This is the deep,
scientific, cause of our conflict.
I have repeated many times that the development of harmony can not be without
conflicts. The conflicts are natural for harmony, which goes to the place of
disharmony. Only violent and unethical their solutions are unnatural for it.
GHA, for 8 years, had many conflicts on religious, political and other grounds,
and had survived them. This is another conflict, but now on a scientific basis.
We will survive and this as well. But I repeat, I am very sorry about it.
At the same time, each of us is self sufficient scientist. Each of us for
almost 40 years led independent research. We were not able to connect our
research interests. This is due many reasons, the main one of which is that to
each of us in world science belong radically new scientific ideas, the union of
which is a very difficult and long process. Let us hope that maybe in a year or
two they will find a way to connect. At least we, in the CSSS, are not going to
refuse the study of dynamics of economic justice for 60 years in four
countries. Maybe when we finish this study, we will invite you again to
cooperate. Now, let me wish you the best of luck on your own scientific way.

Just to set the record straight regarding your unsubstantiated statement that I
made any promise or offer to help raise $30,000 for the CSSS project, as you

I never made any such promise, nor did I even suggest in any exchange with you
that I would offer or seek such funding support. Yes, I was prepared to
contribute as a co-editor with you and would be happy to have our Center for
Economic and Social Justice receive compensation from whatever could be raised
from others for our writing and editing on the subject of "Justice" for the
final product. But again, your insults against me have no basis in reality.
Decency on your part demands that you produce some clear evidence from any of
our former email exchanges that I made any promise regarding funding.
While I think you may be well-intentioned generally in your "solution" to a
better world, and I have no intention of challenging the work of the many good
people who are supporting your leadership and working with you on the CSSS
project, I accept your removal of my name from the GHA Board of Directors or as
a member of GHA.
I no longer wish to be associated with you or anyone else who supports or is
indifferent to your uncivil handling of this situation. Unless you can produce
clear evidence to justify your hostile attack on me, I will conclude that your
behavior is not only unscholarly and grossly arrogant. It clearly contradicts

The CSSS Board of Directors will be supplemented by representatives of
statistical organizations.
The CSSS Board of Directors on a democratic basis and openly resolves all
operational issues of the CSSS management from its inception to completion, up
to presentations of its book.
2. The CSSS funding strategy was changed, which is expressed now in its Program
as follows:
Sources of the CSSS funding.
GHA does not have its own funds. Therefore, CSSS funding in the amount of
$60,000 is possible only from external sources. The most likely of them can be
international and national statistical and sociological
associations/organizations because CSSS is an unprecedented scientific study of
world significance, which lays the basis for a completely new scientific
knowledge - global statistics and global sociology. These disciplines are
essential for the constitution of a global social science, including economics,
demography, political and juridical sciences, ecology, and so on. GHA therefore
hopes that among these organizations, we will be able to find the CSSS sponsors
interested in becoming a pioneer in the creation of global social science in
the 21st century with GHA on the basis of, first of all, global statistics and
sociology. GHA is ready to share with the sponsor on a parity basis the
copyright on CSSS and use of all its results that promise great business
prospects in the future and many times will pay all costs on CSSS (see below,
paragraph 25).
The partner organization, funding CSSS, can implement its financing in
different sizes for different variants of CSSS on the studied countries:
1. Four countries - India, USA, Russia and Kazakhstan - 60 thousand dollars.
2. Replacement of Kazakhstan by the any other fourth country - 70 thousand
dollars.
3. Three countries - India, USA, Russia - 50 thousand dollars.
4. Two countries - Russia and USA or India and USA - 40 thousand dollars.
