L'autisme des autorités européennes sur les flux migratoires !
la cécité des pays européens, et des autorités européennes pour se mettre
autour dune table le temps quil faut, et trouver des solutions communes
sur un dossier difficile hypothèque lavenir de lUnion.
Même la chancelière allemande qui a reçu les flux migratoires à bras ouvert,
maintenant se se rend en Turquie et sollicite laide militaire de lOTAN,
pour contrôler les frontières. SCHENGEN parlons- en, la Grèce est à lagonie
en crise financière, elle a tant faire à lintérieur = comment peut-elle
gérer les flux migratoires !
Le régime autoritaire turque joue un jeu trouble demandant de laide dun
côté, tenant des discours de compréhension de lautre, et laissant
sinstaller des personnages troubles en Turquie de lautre qui peuvent
partir en Europe
et frapper à tous moments, et vis à vis de DAECH ? Actuellement les turcs
préfèrent frapper les Kurdes que Daech, même sils prennent quelques
dispositions lorsquils lestime nécessaire.
LUnion Européenne a crû naïvement que le Président ASSAD, quitterait le
pouvoir en Syrie : hors, même affaibli, il est toujours là ! On peut
critiquer la Russie du Président Poutine, mais lui a une politique claire en
Syrie, il sait ce quil veut ou pas contrairement à la politique européenne
inefficace, et surtout du chacun pour soi. Frontex : manque de moyens.
A ce rythme, sans volonté et décision collective européenne et mondiale,
faisant le point des réfugiés politiques et économiques et des choix pour
chaque catégorie, il y aura des camps de réfugiés un jour = non seulement
dans chaque pays, mais incontrôlés dans maintes villes !
Dans quelques mois, avec les beaux jours revenant, les flux migratoires
vont être plus conséquents, et ce sera la catastrophe ! Présentement certes,
on peut écrire des poèmes, mais lurgence est à la conscience et à la
mobilisation des peuples avant la catastrophe !
Les partis populistes dans ce contexte, vont continuer leur progression et y
compris aux USA, la candidature républicaine TRUMP, démontre que le
populisme sinternationalise !
Il est triste que maintenant se doivent être les philosophes qui doivent
indiquer aux politiques le sens et la direction
Attend t-on la déstabilisation des pays européens, la crise allant à des
guerres civiles ? lONU, le G20,lOTAN ,lUNION Européenne, doivent
sassumer, prendre leurs responsabilités, l heure nest pas à la
comptabilité des dépenses, mais à des solutions urgentes de clarté et
dhumanité, aider le HCR (haut- commissariat aux réfugiés), et les
situations dramatiques en Jordanie, au Liban,
.et surtout aider
énergiquement par une volonté commune internationale au règlement des
conflits en Syrie, Irak , Lybie, Yémen, Afrique subsaharienne. .Et enfin,
régler le conflit israélo palestinien !
Il faut aussi négocier avec lArabie saoudite pour réguler les flux et que
ce pays apporte sa contribution à laccueil !

mobilization of the people before the catastrophe!
The populist parties in this context, will continue their progression and
including in the USA, republican candidature TRUMP, shows that the populism
is internationalized!
It is sad that now must themselves be the philosophers who must indicate to
the policies the direction and the direction
Does one expect the destabilization of the European countries, the crisis
going to civil wars? UNO, G20, NATO, the European Union, must assume, face
up to their responsibilities, the hour is not with the accountancy of the
expenditure, but with urgent solutions of clearness and humanity, help the
UNHCR (high commissionership with the refugees), and the dramatic situations
in Jordan, in Lebanon,
.and especially to help vigorously by an
international will common to the regulation of the conflicts in Syria, Iraq,
Lybie, Yemen, sub-Saharan Africa.And finally, to regulate the Palestinian
conflict israélo!
It is necessary also to negotiate with Saudi Arabia to control flows and
that this country makes its contribution to the reception!
