I am impressed by what I see from South Florida, USA. It would be wonderful
if people could live in harmony. I would like to help your initiative and
through integrated media and the arts is the best approach for me.
In May of last year I was one of the producers of POSSIBL in San Francisco.
I had the idea for a large event and conference dedicated to solution building.

As someone who has been at the forefront of change through the arts and media,
I have surrounded myself with critical thinkers and do-ers, predominantly
human rights people such as Jack Healey who put amnesty International on the map
through rock concerts....the music gets to the people the best.....
I believe we can do something similar but not through large scale rock concerts
but
instead through POWER TO THE PEOPLE type messages and the existing music
projects I've already
started to co-create with my team in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco,
California which
are progressive hubs.
Artists have been held back and royalties have been non existent due to the
legal structure
of existing systems. EMI owes the Beatles some 50 million dollars and has never
provided
an accounting to me for the records I've been involved with.
We are establishing our first release POWER TO THE PEOPLE which will be
promoted by
the 14 artists on the release----artists and those selling the recording will
receive
30% of the funds of their efforts...... project will sell for $15 USD.
We can certainly insert the PDF of your work to all who the music is promoted
to and those who purchase
it (as well as through our other partnerships) and make it available for sale
through your channels as well
providing you with $4.50 per unit sold.
This will start the viral campaign. People will tell people and it will grow,
hopefully exponentially.
Additionally, we are inviting people to come together to create the solutions
to the pre-existing problems
held back from older economic thinking which obviously does not serve humanity.
We are creating virtual
laboratories to create new media platforms, education networks, health
paradigm, barter and trade and other
areas which work holistically with one another.
Please advise on what else I can do. I'm still recovering from a heart attack
and triple heart bypass surgery and doctors anticipate
my making a complete, 100% recovery!!!! Soon I will have much more energy than
I currently have!!!!!
