NON A LA GUERRE EN UKRAINE AUX MENSONGES ET AGRESSIONS –
OUI : A LA NÉGOCIATION ET AU RÉGLEMENT PACIFIQUE DU CONFLIT !
Les Etats –Unis portent une lourde responsabilité Dans la situation en Ukraine.
Certes, Vladimir POUTINE est un homme déterminé et résolu. Il a l’ambition et
c’est son droit, mieux son honneur, d’avoir comme vision le retour à la
grandeur de la grande Russie d’antan !
Néanmoins, ce sont les Etats-Unis (avec le soutien souvent passif, ambigu, ou
de fait = un soutien à la position américaine de l’Union Européenne et de ses
dirigeants) qui refusent de s’engager relativement aux manœuvres militaires
dans les pays entourant l’Ukraine et qui menacent de faire entrer l’Ukraine
dans L’OTAN répondant favorablement à la demande des nouveaux dirigeants de ce
pays.
Nous n’avons droit aucune ingérence intérieure. Ce sont les russes qui décident
du choix de leurs dirigeants et de leur politique.
Personnellement, j’aurais préféré que le Président russe Vladimir POUTINE ne
fasse pas modifier sa constitution pour pouvoir rester au pouvoir le plus
longtemps possible, mais je le répète : c’est une affaire intérieure russe !
Le plus ennuyeux sera le déferlement d’une propagande anti russe et anti
POUTINE en Europe si malheureusement les hostilités se déclenche façon frontale
!
J’en sais déjà personnellement quelque chose : L’éditeur français qui a édité
la version française du Gandhica a eu des difficultés avec le diffuseur
institutionnel lequel n’a pas diffusé correctement ce livre car son principal
animateur est russe. il y a du non- dit mais c’est constaté de fait !
J‘évite la langue de bois, ceci car selon moi la philosophie a une fonction
critique qui lui est essentielle, elle est faite pour fonctionner !
Je suis membre d’un réseau de paix et d’harmonie ! SELON moi : la guerre est
une défaite du dialogue et de l’esprit humain !
Elle est contraire à nos principes gandhien ! Sa perspective : je ne peux m’y
résoudre ! Ce sont les populations civiles qui la subisse et non les dirigeants
souvent isolés et protégés dans leur blockhaus !
Les Etats-Unis ont beau jeu : Ils attisent, protestent, menacent, mais ils ne
sont pas en Europe. Ce ne sont pas eux qui sur le terrain connaitront s’il y a
la guerre = les souffrances, les victimes et désolations, mais la population
ukrainienne et les soldats russe.
Je refuse l’appellation de guerre juste ! Il convient d’œuvrer une reprise
sérieuse de la négociation pour une issue au conflit = comment ?
Il faut dans l’esprit du GANDHICA faire de l’Ukraine présentement une zone
sécurisée neutre de non guerre par :
- L’arrêt immédiat des tirs d’artillerie, l’arrêt des manœuvres
militaires dans les pays avoisinant ,le refus de toute manœuvre de tout pays
sur le territoire ukrainien, la mention écrite par les Etat Unis et l’Union
Européenne d’une non adhésion de l’Ukraine dans L’OTAN, le maintien de l’unité
territoriale de l’Ukraine ,mais la mise en œuvre rapide de l’autonomie du
DOMBASS russophobe qui a été promise.
- Ensuite le retrait total des troupes russe à la frontière ukrainienne
et de la Biélorussie.
Enfin, notre réseau a 17 ANS : Voici ce que je pense : Une organisation capable
de rédiger de grandes théories scientifiques mais qui n’est pas capable
d’adresser un simple mot d’une ligne par amitié lorsque l’un des siens est
malade et est membre du réseau depuis 17 ans et qui s’est démené pour faire
publier le GANDHICA = mérite t’elle le qualificatif d’humaniste ?
Le simple virtuel sans profondeur et sincérité ne m’intéresse pas, plus. A mon
âge, la reconnaissance et la gloriole ne sont pas mes critères. L’actualité
brûlante ne dispense pas à mon sens des mots élémentaires d’amitié qui eux
restent des valeurs fondamentales !

NOT WITH THE WAR IN UKRAINE WITH THE LIES AND AGGRESSIONS -
YES: WITH THE NEGOTIATION AND THE PACIFIC REGULATION OF THE CONFLICT!
The United States takes a heavy responsibility In the situation to Ukraine.
Admittedly, Vladimir PUTIN is a determined and solved man. He has the ambition
and it is its right, better its honor, to have like vision the return to the
size of large Russia of yesteryear!
Nevertheless, in fact the United States (with the support often passive,
ambiguous, or in fact = a support for the American position of the European
Union and of its leaders) refuses to engage compared to military maneuvers in
the countries surrounding the Ukraine and which threaten to insert the Ukraine
in NATO answering favorably at the request of the new leaders of this country.
We are entitled no interference interior. They are Russian who decides choice
of their leaders and their policy.
Personally, I would have preferred that Russian President Vladimir PUTIN does
not make modify his constitution to be able to remain with the power more
possible for a long time, but I repeat it: it is a Russian interior matter!
Most tedious will be the surge of a Russian anti propaganda and anti PUTIN in
Europe so unfortunately the hostilities starts frontal way!
I know already personally something of it: The French editor who published the
French version of Gandhica had difficulties with the institutional diffuser
which did not diffuse this book correctly because its principal presenter is
Russian. there is unvoiced comment but it is noted in fact!
J ` avoids the set language, this because in my opinion philosophy has a
critical function which is essential for him, it is made to function!
I am member of a network of peace and harmony! IN MY OPINION: the war is a
defeat of the dialog and human spirit!
It is contrary with our principles gandhien! Its prospect: I cannot there be
solved! They are the civil populations which undergoes it and not the leaders
often isolated and protected in their blockhouse!
The United States has good game: They poke, protest, threaten, but they are not
in Europe. It is not them which on the ground will know if there is the war =
the sufferings, the victims and desolations, but Ukrainian population and
soldiers Russian.
I refuse the name of war right! Is it advisable to work a serious resumption of
the negotiation for an exit with the conflict = how?
The weather is necessary in the spirit of the GANDHICA to be of the Ukraine at
present a neutral secure zone of nonwar by:
- The dead halt of the artillery shootings, the stop of the military maneuvers
in the neighbouring countries, the refusal of any operation of any country on
the Ukrainian territory, mention written by the State Plain and European Union
of nonan adhesion of the Ukraine in NATO, the maintenance of the territorial
unit of the Ukraine, but implementation the fast of the autonomy of the DOMBASS
russophobe which was promised.
- Then Russian complete withdrawal of the troops at the Ukrainian border and
Bielorussia.
Lastly, our network is 17 YEARS old: Here what I think: An organization able to
write great scientific theories but which isn't able to address a simple word
of a line by friendship when one as of his has been sick and been member of the
network for 17 years and which thrashed about to make publish GANDHICA =
deserves to you it qualifier of humanistic?
The simple virtual one without depth and sincerity does not interest me, more.
With my age, the recognition and the vainglory are not my criteria. The extreme
topicality does not exempt with my direction of the elementary words of
friendship which them remain fundamental values!
