We cannot change this text block (616 pages) for the IASE Introduction, which
needs in big common work. But your could write and print this Introduction as
the book insert (in the book size on 2 or 4 pages), may be in color and in your
design as you want, independently. Is it possible for you? This is the best
variant, which I included in our Agreement. Do you agree with this variant?

1. The IASE Deemed University is going to publish and print the GPS Book. The
draft of the Agreement is as follows (attached). Please send a signed copy. It
is a necessary for the Joint Publication as we have did before during the
publication of The ABC of Harmony.
2. Smaran Publication (C-303, Orchid Enclave, Nahar Amrit shakti Complex
Chandiwali, Andheri (E) Mumbai - 400072, A Division of JD Group of Publication,
New Delhi, 110076) will Publish the book GPS (ISBN 978-81-929087-8-6) and the
printer of the book is RBH Media Designer, New Delhi, who had printed our book
ABC Of Harmony in year 2012.
3. IASE will include its brief introduction in the beginning as it was printed
in the THE ABC OF HARMONY.
4. Printing work will take 4-5 days after signing the agreement by both the
parties.

Agreement for Joint Publication of Global Peace Science
Between the IASE Deemed University through its Registrar Shri Jitendra Pareek
and the GHA (Global Harmony Association) through its President and “The ABC of
Harmony” Editor in Chief Dr. Leo Semashko. The first party is called - IASE,
the second – GHA, “Global Peace Science” - Book.

I. Subject of the Agreement
Joint preparation and publication of the collective World Textbook of
“Global Peace Science” by about 173 coauthors – the GHA members, in length
about 615 pages (plus or minus 4 pages) in two languages: English and Russian,
to Jan 19, 2016.
II. General conditions
1. Both parties are partners in the GHA and co-authors of the Book “Global
Peace Science”.
2. Both parties share the GHA Mission, which is: "to bring peace from harmony
and to pave a conscious way for harmonious civilization through scientifically
based ‘ABC of Harmony’" and the need for harmonious values education,
therefore they are deeply interested in the preparation and publication of the
Book “Global Peace Science”.
3. Both parties are well aware that the Book has a great positive meaning for
them, for their national and international prestige.
4. Both sides are agreeing that total number of 500 copies the book “Global
Peace Science” will be printed in India by the IASE deemed University. IASE
will have right to print more copies of English edition.
5. Both sides agree that the Book preparation, begun in the GHA, is currently
in the final stage: already created and collected all the basic texts (173
co-authors from 34 countries).
6. Both sides agree that the Book publication in Russian will be made in
Russia, in St. Petersburg under the control of the GHA, and its publication in
English will be produced in India under the control of IASE.
7. Both sides agreed that the copyrights and ownership of the Book shall be of
GHA.
8. Both parties will guarantee that they retain the copyright and ownership on
the Book and can not give or sell it to third parties unilatatelly.
9. Both sides are fully aware about the immense spiritual and educational
benefits of the joint Book. They also realize the significant financial
benefits from its publication and using for harmonious value education in all
countries of the world.
10. Both parties are mutually agree that:
1. IASE will print 500 copies of the book “Global Peace Science”.
2. IASE will send 100 copies to GHA.
3. 100 copies will be distributed free by the IASE to Press, Academician
and dignitaries in India as we have done with the book “ABC of HARMONY”.
4. 100 copies will be given to GHA-INDIA.
5. 50 copies will remain in IASE deemed University library and 50 copies
will be consumed at the time of function for the release of the book in India.
6. Remaining copies will be for future sale exclusively by the IASE.
III. Obligations of parties
1. GHA provides translation and editing of the Book texts and the preparation
of two of its layouts (in English) by Jan 25, 2016. GHA shall send English Book
layout not later than Jan 30, 2016.
2. GHA will transfer U.S.D. 1000 $ to the IASE as financial assistance to pay
for printing/publishing expenses directly to printer/publisher.
3. IASE guarantees the complete safety of the Book texts: any articles or parts
can not be deleted from it or added to it without consent of GHA except a brief
introduction of IASE.
4. IASE decides about the Book publications and circulations in English, but
not less than 500 copies.
5. Both sides are committed to a common higher purpose and mission, therefore
they build all their relations, including commercial, on the full trust and
full mutual honesty.
6. GHA should obtain proper authorition from the authors and contributors of
the book.
IASE Deemed University does not take any responsibility of any claim from the
authors and contributors. GHA shall have the sole responsibility of if there is
any claim from the author/ contributor.
7. This agreement is governed by and shall be constructed under the law of
India. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be settled according to the
law of India.

in Delhi. We cannot publish it in Russia for Russian Government and GHA members
without Indian publisher, as the Russian publication is copy of Indian book
