Please, let us know the name of publisher (publishing house) for our GPS book
in Delhi. We cannot publish it in Russia for Russian Government and GHA members
without Indian publisher, as the Russian publication is copy of Indian book
publication. Could we know this name as soon as possible? We wait already about
10 days. How long do we wait else? We are very worried. Thank you for your

In this connection, I like to invite you to discuss and approve by your "YES"

will be for us a sign of your acceptance of its content. But we are waiting for
