Je comprends la déception de Léo, mais j’avais précédemment exprimé que les
conditions ne me semblaient pas réunies pour un accord global entre nous !
Il faut poursuivre le dialogue en tenant compte du factuel :ce qui se passe,
évolue, mais en restant fidèle à la pensée de GANDHI Or, celui ci je l’ai
rappelé, et le livre en est le témoignage : était pour un pays multi
confessionnel !
Ensuite, si peu de membres de GHA se sont exprimés : c’est à la fois lié à la
période estivale et aux congés pour certains d’entre nous, mais également car
certains sans doute ne maitrisent pas ce dossier compliqué pour y prononcer un
avis argumenté.
Je renouvèle qu’avec le temps, après GANDHI, comme fil ininterrompu de
transmission à la nouvelle génération, nous pourrions écrire sur d’autres
figures universelles et leur prolongement contemporain à l’aide de notre
démarche.
Nous représentons une force collective d’intelligence unique avec notre réseau
de paix et d’harmonie = sachons persévérer, poursuivre l’œuvre au-delà des
difficultés. Notre volonté, nos références avec notre approche scientifique et
humaniste = sont notre atout :restons unis et déterminés.
Dommage, que personne ne me réponde après 3 mèls adressés, mais malgré mes
limites d’homme ordinaire : ma volonté est inébranlable.

Je renouvèle également n’avoir pas reçu les 4 exemplaires annoncés du GANDHI
BOOK depuis fin juillet , et quittant Bandol le 24 aout le matin, sans
réception avant, il peut y avoir des difficultés.

I understand the disappointment of Léo, but I had previously expressed that the
conditions did not seem to me not joined together for a global agreement
between us!
It is necessary to continue the dialog by taking account of the factual
one:what occurs, evolves, but while remaining faithful to the thought of GANDHI
But, that Ci I recalled it, and delivers it in is testimony: was for a
denominational country multi!
Then, if few members of GHA were expressed: it is at the same time related on
the summer period and the vacation for some among us, but also because some
undoubtedly do not control this file complicated to pronounce a argued opinion
there.
I renew that with time, after GANDHI, like uninterrupted wire of transmission
to the new generation, we could write on other universal figures and their
contemporary prolongation using our approach.
We represent a collective force of single intelligence with our network of
peace and of harmony = let us can persevere, to continue work beyond the
difficulties. Our will, our references with our scientific and humanistic
approach = are our asset:let us remain plain and given.
Damage, that nobody answers me after 3 mels addressed, but in spite of my
limits of ordinary man: my will is steadfast.

Dear GHA members, friends,
The discussion and approval of the GHA Gandhica-Kashmir peacemaking project
ended as an attempt to apply our unique scientific interpretation of the Gandhi
great legacy of non-violence to the protracted (over 73 years) armed conflict
in Kashmir between India and Pakistan.
Their overall result can be briefly expressed as follows. Although the majority
of the GHA members approved it with 17 “YES” votes against 13 “NO” votes,
however, due to the fact that members of interested countries rejected it and
denied its worthy support and desire to realize it, depriving it of the real
social soil in the GHA, THIS PROJECT REJECTED FROM IMPLEMENTATION. There is no
one to do it!
This conclusion is confirmed by the following facts. During the discussion
within 12 days (August 6-18) we received 74 responses from 30 GHA members of 11
countries, which are summarized in the table:

The entire spectrum of opinions (with the exception of a few slurred remarks)
is published chronologically on the project page. Unfortunately, there are no
responses among them regarding the project content or its motivation by any
peacemaking values and principles. The whole discussion revolved around the
political expediency and usefulness of this project from the point of view of
the national interests of India and Pakistan. This key motivation was defined
by directly opposing assessments of the Article 370 abolition from the India
Constitution by the GHA Pakistani members, who evaluated it extremely
negatively (Umer Zia and others) and by the GHA Indian members, who rated it
extremely commendable, positive and impeccable (Sanjay Tewari et al.).
Unfortunately, nothing other than mutual harshness, threats and unsubstantiated
propaganda statements in their political nationalist tendentiousness, the
discussion did not give and did not enrich the project peacemaking content.
The priority in this discussion was national politics instead of a common
peace. It leads to the paradoxical thought that the two peoples and governments
prefer to continue fighting with each other for more 73 years than to seek an
acceptable peace among themselves in Kashmir. Of course, this is the choice and
the right of the peoples and governments of India and Pakistan, into which
others have no right to invade, as a sacred right of sovereignty and
non-interference in internal affairs. Unfortunately, our Indian colleagues
especially trumped and even threatened by this.
Another sad conclusion is that only two GHA members (from Australia and
Kazakhstan) used the key argument in the proof of our peacemaking project - the
Sociological Questionnaire of 22 elementary questions. What level of
peacemaking intelligence and peaceful interest confirms this fact of our
discussion is clear without comment. This is a very low level, reflecting the
low value of peace and peacemaking projects in the militaristic world order,
which does not initiate, finance or discuss them anywhere. Unfortunately, it
remains even in the GHA that our discussion confirmed. But it is not useless.
The discussion and voting of the project became a good sociological experiment
in the GHA, which determined the measure, quality and level of peacemaking in
it in extremely difficult international situations of a militaristic world
order and its hegemony.
The GHA refusal from this project is not absolute and eternal. The project was
created, approved by the GHA by a majority votes. It will wait for better times
when there are peacemaking governmental or non-governmental organizations in
the interested countries that can take the GHA peace project "Gandhica-Kashmir"
and use it in any way and form. With this, we carried out the GHA peacemaking
mission without raping the today’s national interests of these countries and
their groups in the GHA.
On this we put an end to this project. Now we are returning to the GHA initial
topical agenda related to the promotion of our unique peace book "Gandhica" in
the remaining months of the GHA jubilee "World Gandhi Year". This agenda will
be discussed in the following days.
