· Who were unnaturally carved out of India in 1947-48, due to the
conspiracy hatched and implemented by colonial conspirators, and will sink
under the weight of the debt and poverty

[5] What’s Leo’s standing to comment upon my work and make me quit when I

I regret implicitly trusting Prof Subhash Chandra, and accepting his
above-quoted invite – on behalf of Leo ---- not realizing that one day, I
will be interacting with Dr Leo:-
· who is living in the phantom world of a ‘self-imagined
self-professed king of peace and harmony’ all the time trying to create
disharmony, thorough his verbal violence and linguistic terrorism ( imagine
Leo has said “yes, I will write my mails in Russian, why don’t you see
online translators”)
· bringing on board such people like V-K’nov who want to carry on the
tradition of colonial conspirators who broke India – and who are now
advocating “Take away Kashmir from India and handover to U.N.O”.
CONCLUSIONS:
1. I sincerely hope that Indian brethren will resign from GHA, as it has
been infiltrated by such descendants of colonial conspirators who want to
mount an attack on the territorial integrity of India by advocating
above-mentioned harebrained prescriptions of ‘taking away Kashmir from India’.
2. And regrettably, now the GHA is being joined by some who were
basically jetsam and flotsam of a country, from where they were ejected out
to sail over thousands of miles to another continent, where they massacred
millions of ethnic people there to occupy the locals’ lands and country and
now these same “johnnies come lately” have put on a cap of “logical
peace-makers”, and began lecturing peace and non-violence to the world.
3. Leo will do well to not to co-opt Gandhi’s legacy for his personal
agenda, and instead focus on following peace-keeping projects closer home:-
a. Better atone for the millions of killings done in Gulags & Siberia
and while annexing so many countries, which mercifully became independent
during Gorbachev's time.
b. Better focus on reducing Russia's stockpile of nuclear weapons, which
threaten mother earth more than anything else.
c. Better get Russian Army to get out of Syria.
d. Better work on ensuring reparations to Afghans as it was invaded by
Russia-dominated USSR.
e. Stop prescribing for Kashmir.

Genocide Watch calls upon UN to warn India not to commit genocide
US based organisation Genocide Watch has issued an alert and has called on
the members of the United Nations to warn India not to commit genocide in
Indian occupied Kashmir.
Occupied Kashmir has been under curfew and lockdown since August 5 after the
Indian government abolished Article 370, which granted special status to the
valley. The curfew and lockdown has led to protests in the valley with
thousands of Kashmiris including Hurriyat leaders placed under house arrest
or detained.
“On August 5, the Indian President revoked the Special Autonomous Status of
India Administered Jammu and Kashmir under Articles 370 and 35A of the
Constitution of India. India has over 600,000 troops in Kashmir. Movement of
people and freedom of the press are restricted. India has cut off internet
communications,” Genocide Watch said in its alert.
The organisation also gave a list of risk factors for a genocide that are
early warnings of massacres in occupied Kashmir
1. Prior genocidal massacres and continuing impunity for such killings
2. Continued armed conflict between India and Pakistan over border areas in
occupied Kashmir
3. An exclusionary ideology of “Hindutva” – India as Hindu nation – by Modi’s
ruling BJP
4. Authoritarian military rule without legal restraints imposed by civilian
Indian officials
5. Rule by a minority military force (Hindus and Sikhs) over majority Muslim
citizens
6. Cut-off of communications and outside access by internet, media, and trade
7. Widespread violations of basic human rights — torture, rape, 2-year
detentions without charge, arbitrary arrests and deportations of Muslim
political and human rights leaders

Statisticians etc, both from Universities and Planning Commissions) for your
GHA Spherons study. You prepared an elaborate chart, and promised us about
your million billion dollar project grants, and the MOON. We too thought
that it will be a nice study, but after so much of hard work, you informed
us that you will not be getting even a penny. It was then that you begged us
for this project, reaching out to us for some trivial USD. You start
projects on whimsical grounds, without planning, without funding, and repeat
your stupid rhetoric again and again, two days, until three days, and that
proves you as a Dictator. Shame on You. I have all these emails. You will be
exposed now in totality.
How can you suspend us, it was ME who was waiting for your email. I take YOU
out from all, and NO one from India will be a part of your vociferous
campaign. And mind it please, it was YOU only who caught me during the
Conference at St Petersburg in April 2017 where I was invited as a Plenary
Speaker. It was not me who came to you, it was You only, my Dear Leo.
2. You created the GHA Spherons, left it in between.
3. You created the Women's GHA, left it in between.
4. You created the GHA Maths Lab, left it in between.
5. You created GHA prize for Hon'ble PM Sri Modi, left it in between
You created "n" number of projects, completed none, left all. It is time
that You and your team realizes that you are a hoax, nothing else. You are

Neither Dr Subhash Chandra, nor anyone from India will be a part of your

External Affairs, Government of India, and the Embassy of India, in Russia,

Where are the facts? They are absent that means that this is pure propaganda

The GHA members from Pakistan also mentioned many facts of violence and
clashes in Kashmir, but now they are deaf and stubbornly silent for unknown
reasons, obviously they also do not want peace in Kashmir. At least we did
not hear from them, as well as from the Indians, not a single word of its
support.
2. “No country has ever condemned this act of abrogation of Article 370.”
The GHA also never condemns this act. We, like all honest analysts, only
emphasize that this act does not bring peace to the situation of military
confrontation between the two states in Kashmir. It does not soften, but
exacerbates the conflict in it. Both sides are concentrating troops in it
and are preparing for the next, fourth (or fifth?) Indo-Pakistan war. This
is a fact that only nationalist propaganda rejects. This fact is
acknowledged by ALL honest people and courageous peacemakers (I'm not
talking about opportunistic and ignorant peacemakers). This is recognized by
all Nobel laureates. The abolition of article 370 does not bring peace to
Kashmir, it only incites hostility in it. Although, at our proposal,
“Goodwill of two states,” it could become a factor in good neighborliness
and cooperation, but only within the framework of the GHA Kashmir peace
project.
3. “No one from GHA India is in support, and all have categorically said
NO.” This is a new propaganda lie, a stretch and a fraud. GHA-India unites
more than 50 members, of which only the most militant 11 members from the
ruling party rejected the GHA Peacemaking Kashmir project. Why are the other
40 members silent like Madame Maitreyee Roy, who has been saying NO to the
Kashmir peace for two weeks under your militaristic press? Because they
courageously resist to your total psychological pressure. Their silence, in
this case, is the expression of their “YES” to the GHA Kashmir peace
project, which is provided for by the GHA Charter
(https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=249). Therefore, we have every
reason to recognize the GHA project “Gandhica-Kashmir” as approved by
“MAJORITY OF VOTES with several NOs.” We changed this rule in this vote only
to find out how many Indian GHA members are ready to implement this project.
Those who wished to do this under the psychological pressure of the ruling
political party did not dare. Therefore, this project is “REJECTED from
implementation”. No one in India and Pakistan wants peace in Kashmir and
participate in its dangerous peace project. The war party killed Gandhi 72
years ago for his attempts to establish peace in Kashmir, now it is trying
to kill the GHA for it, but this will not work because peace and its
volunteers are immortal.
4. “We have other constructive works, Sir. Don't deviate please.”
This is a lie and the hypocrisy of the peace enemies under the veil of
peacemakers that requires not only theoretically and factually debunking
their militaristic position, but also drawing organizational conclusions.
When a loafer talks about work, who for two years of membership in the GHA
did not bring him anything useful, he was frightened of an elementary
statistical study, promised golden mountains, and then became silent in
inaction for a year and proved himself to be an peace enemy, this can only
be called hypocrisy and deceitful farce incompatible with GHA membership.
Similar is another newcomer (about a year) to the GHA, Mr. Bhushan, who
presented us with sophisticated attempts to suppress any peaceful ideas for
Kashmir, rejecting the GHA peace project in a totally and uncompromising
manner. He also did NOTHING positive for the GHA, for its statistical
research and for the development of his "Gandhi Nonviolence School",
although he promised mountains. For 6 months, he could not even assemble the
Indian part of the GHA Gandhi Committee for the only time. He does not like
Gandhi; he tries more to forget him than to save him.
Both gentlemen are instigators of war with the GHA peaceful Kashmir project.
They do not like Gandhi, did not discuss Gandhica, therefore they did not do
anything for him in the Jubilee Year. Their benefit for the GHA is zero, but
there is a lot of harm, the most important of which is the DENYING OF ANY
PEACE IN KASHMIR and the psychological coercion of other GHA members to
renounce peace. They are the clear enemies of peace that they have proved
with their active and sophisticated propaganda against it, starting since
August 6 reflected on the page of the GHA Kashmir project, please, see it.
The enemies of peace are the GHA enemies.
In their statements there is NOT A WORD ABOUT THE NEED FOR PEACE IN KASHMIR.
Only its total denial. Now, when the GHA’s peaceful Kashmir project includes
the latest addition of Dr. Ernesto Kahan “non-use of nuclear weapons”, the
denial of our project becomes a call for the use of these weapons. None of
these two supported the “non-use of nuclear weapons”. Encouraging its use is
absolutely unacceptable for the GHA peacekeepers.
Organizational summary. The listed facts are more than enough to exclude Mr.
Tewari and Mr. Dewan from the GHA in accordance with the GHA Charter,
exclude them from the GHA mail lists and close their personal pages on the
GHA’s ‘Peace from Harmony’ website, in which has no place for militarists,
by all means hindering the "constructive work of the GHA".
We invite all the staunch supporters of these Messrs. to voluntarily leave
the GHA, as well as those who replace Kashmir peace with the “territorial
integrity of India” as Mr. Tholana followed by Mr. Bhushan, and anything
else just to reject peace.
The GHA was created and exists for peacemakers, not for militarists, not for
the enemies of peace and non-violence of Gandhi, and not for supporters of
the use of nuclear weapons anywhere.
We, the GHA, we will ignore any rejection and no longer respond to any
denial of the GHA peacemaking project "Gandhica-Kashmir", but will welcome
all constructive proposals to it as well as its new co-authors. This closes

The situation is NOT AT ALL dangerous (terribly)as quoted by Leo, who is
trying to instigate and fire this issue.
Kashmir is very peaceful, with India being affected by cross border
terrorism and infiltration for the past decades. We are now in a situation
that after abrogation of Article 370 (and that is well within the framework
of the Constitution of India, as backed by President Putin, as also by 14:1
in favour of India at the UNSC), there is great peace in Kashmir, and we are
committed for the entire development of this region.
I suppose Leo is raising this issue again and again, for reasons best known
to him. The GHA India, under the august leadership of Dr Subhash Chandra has
already condemned this project, in totality. No one from GHA India is in
support, and all have categorically said NO.
Pakistan is trying all, i.e.going to the UNSC, then planning to go to the
ICJ, etc., apart from.spilling rhetoric all over. No country has ever
condemned this act of abrogation of Article 370.
Shouldn't we stop this, Leo? We have other constructive works, Sir. Don't
deviate please. We are not an arbitrary forum.

The reason for my momentary estrangement is because two of my daughters are
seriously ill and require my constant help. One is with breast cancer and
the other in need of a transfusion of the 2 lungs.
Today, I hurriedly read without deepening, the offer of GHA mediation
(although it does not express it in that way) in the Indo-Pakistani
conflict. This is a long and complex conflict with the aggravating, that the
two sides have atomic weapons.
The complexity of this is due to the fact that originally the area in
conflict, was belonged to India, the existence of the Pakistani terrorism,
such as the one in Mumbai, a couple of years ago, and more.
In general, the presentation of the problem in the proposal, is too long and
puts, in addition to unnecessary details at this time, too much emphasis on
what GHA is.
The most important thing in the present circumstances is to obtain a
ceasefire by ensuring the NON USE OF ATOMIC WEAPONS.
If you go into details, the only thing that is achieved, is to complicate
the problem. See even in GHA, generating a division, among those of Pakistan
members that think that this proposal favors them, and the rejection of the
majority of the members of India, who imagine that it has a pro-Pakistani
deviation.
I cannot be in favor of a maybe unilateral proposal, nor against the
peaceful resolution of the conflict. Nor can I abstain, since in doing so, I
close my eyes to this tremendous problem.
I have a lot of experience in this. Believe me, the best is to call for a
ceasefire and non use of atomic weapons

La razón de mi alejamiento momentáneo se debe a que dos de mis hijas están
gravemente enfermas y requieren de mi constante ayuda. Una está con cáncer
de mama y la otra con necesidad de una transfusión de los 2 pulmones.
Hoy apuradamente leí sin profundizar la oferta de mediación de GHA (aunque
no lo expresa en esa forma) en el conflicto Indo Paquistano. Se trata de un
largo y complejo conflicto con el agravante, que las dos partes tienen armas
atómicas. La complejidad de debe a que originalmente el área en conflicto
perteneció a India, al terrorismo Pakistaní, como el ocurrido en Mumbai hace
un par de años.
En líneas generales, la presentación del problema en la propuesta, es
demasiado larga y pone, además de detalles innecesarios, demasiado énfasis
en lo que es GHA.
Lo más importante en las presente circunstancias es obtener una alto el
fuego asegurando el NO USO DE ARMAS ATÓMICAS, si se entra en detalles, lo
único que se consigue es complicar el problema ya que hasta en GHA hay una
división, entre los de Pakistán que piensan que esta propuesta les favorece
y el rechazo de la mayoría de los miembros de India, que imaginan que tiene
una desviación pro paquistana.
Yo propongo, no puedo estar a favor de una propuesta un poco unilateral, ni
en contra de la solución pacífica del conflicto. Tampoco me puedo abstener,
ya que al hacerlo, cierro los ojos a este tremendo problema.
Tengo mucha experiencia en esto. Créeme que lo mejor, es hacer un llamado al
alto el fuego y al no uso de armas atómicas
