Dear All
The situation is NOT AT ALL dangerous (terribly)as quoted by Leo, who is trying
to instigate and fire this issue.
Kashmir is very peaceful, with India being affected by cross border terrorism
and infiltration for the past decades. We are now in a situation that after
abrogation of Article 370 (and that is well within the framework of the
Constitution of India, as backed by President Putin, as also by 14:1 in favour
of India at the UNSC), there is great peace in Kashmir, and we are committed
for the entire development of this region.
I suppose Leo is raising this issue again and again, for reasons best known to
him. The GHA India, under the august leadership of Dr Subhash Chandra has
already condemned this project, in totality. No one from GHA India is in
support, and all have categorically said NO.
Pakistan is trying all, i.e.going to the UNSC, then planning to go to the ICJ,
etc., apart from.spilling rhetoric all over. No country has ever condemned this
act of abrogation of Article 370.
Shouldn't we stop this, Leo? We have other constructive works, Sir. Don't
deviate please. We are not an arbitrary forum.
Best
Sanjay

Dear Ernesto,
Many thanks for your deep understanding that "present situation in India -
Pakistan is terrible dangerous", where we see 73 years war with treat of
NUCLEAR WAR of two NUCLEAR states now?
Now, more than ever, Kashmir needs peace that is rejected by both states. We,
peacemakers and world citizens are obliged to support any peace in Kashmir. Our
common responsibility before humanity today is to say a clear solid YES to the
GHA Gandhica-Kashmir peace project in order to prevent a global nuclear
catastrophe and softly force both sides to seek peace at the negotiating table
and discussing ANY peace project for Kashmir.
Could you, as the real Nobel Peace Laureate, say your clear YES to exclude this
“terrible dangerous situation”. Thank you for your understanding and your peace
responsibility.
Best wishes for peace from harmony in Kashmir,
Leo

Dear Leo;
The reason for my momentary estrangement is because two of my daughters are
seriously ill and require my constant help. One is with breast cancer and the
other in need of a transfusion of the 2 lungs.
Today, I hurriedly read without deepening, the offer of GHA mediation (although
it does not express it in that way) in the Indo-Pakistani conflict. This is a
long and complex conflict with the aggravating, that the two sides have atomic
weapons.
The complexity of this is due to the fact that originally the area in conflict,
was belonged to India, the existence of the Pakistani terrorism, such as the
one in Mumbai, a couple of years ago, and more.
In general, the presentation of the problem in the proposal, is too long and
puts, in addition to unnecessary details at this time, too much emphasis on
what GHA is.
The most important thing in the present circumstances is to obtain a ceasefire
by ensuring the NON USE OF ATOMIC WEAPONS.
If you go into details, the only thing that is achieved, is to complicate the
problem. See even in GHA, generating a division, among those of Pakistan
members that think that this proposal favors them, and the rejection of the
majority of the members of India, who imagine that it has a pro-Pakistani
deviation.
I cannot be in favor of a maybe unilateral proposal, nor against the peaceful
resolution of the conflict. Nor can I abstain, since in doing so, I close my
eyes to this tremendous problem.
I have a lot of experience in this. Believe me, the best is to call for a
ceasefire and non use of atomic weapons
Ernesto
Estimado Leo;

Subject: Gandhica and Two key questions for you
My dear friend Ernesto,
How are you? We have not heard you for a long time, but we hope that everything
is fine with you.
Please, let us know what do you think about our peacemaking and anti-militarist
project for Kashmir (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=899)? Do you
approve of it, or consider it premature? Your opinion as real Nobel Peace
Laureate would be decisive for our Kashmir project. The terror in Kashmir
between Indians and Pakistanis lasts more than 73 years. You, as as a citizen
of Israel, you know all its horror. Could we hope to get your decisive response
to this extremely urgent question for the GHA, which split it into two parts?
Another more important question concerns your participation in the promotion of
our “Gandhica”, where your strong anti-militarist Gandhian article, poem and
picture (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=848) was published together
with your wonderful photo. We would be happy to send you 4 copies of this book
(240 pages) for free, so that you can provide its presentation at the Jubilee
Gandhian Session of the UN and UNESCO General Assemblies on October 2 in honor
of the 150th anniversary of Gandhi in New York and Paris through your
representatives (or colleagues of Nobel Laureates) in them, as well as in your
homeland in Israel, at your University, to whose library you could give one of
the copies. The GHA highly appreciate your actions with the peacemaking
book/primer presentation.
Similar presentations would be also extremely appropriate for the International
Peace Day on September 21, which is impossible without the most effective,
non-violent peacemaker of all time, countries and nations - without Mahatma
Gandhi. Is this possible for you in Israel and worldwide with your great
communication? Your presentations of this anti-militarist book as a Nobel Prize
Laureate would be the strongest demonstration of your and our anti-militarist
position under the banner of non-violence of the immortal Gandhi and would
become a world event and a shift, “hacking”, as Dr. Pawlik says, a global
militarist order from a dead center.
I am sending this letter in copies to our friends, co-authors and editors of
Gandhica Dr. Lucas Pawlik, Austria and Dr. Bernard Scott, England, who, as far
as possible, would be happy to provide you with all possible assistance and
support.
Looking forward to your understanding and support, peace,
Leo
