If Bob makes this an "official" loggable Event then everyone WILL know about it
- assuming that they get the weekly notification and read it and/or check for
new caches/events on gc.com. However, posting something on their forums would
be nice too. :-)

I am putting this on my calendar also. I may be able to take the day off from
work, don't know yet. If not, I will be down there Friday evening for dinner,
and then cache and fellowship on Saturday/Sunday with everyone.

I think Yawetag's suggestion about contacting the other geocaching groups
around the state would be great. We could turn this into a mini-MOGA type
weekend. It would be great to meet cachers from other areas.

I have marked the weekend on the calendar at work, so I should be able to
attend. The worst that could happen is that I won't be in town until Friday
night.

If I'm able to leave Friday morning, and depending on what Lobocs does, I
might need to tag along with
someone for the trip down to save on gas. I'll
know more about this as the date becomes closer.

Have you thought about notifying the other MO groups to see if anyone in
other areas would be interested in meeting us there as well? It would
increase the number of rooms and the number at the dinner, making a group
rate more likely.
