[GeoStL] Problem with Magellan exporist 500

I purchase a Magellan Exporist 500. First time I installed software and hooked
it up to the computer, no problems.
Now my computer doesn't recognize it. I have reinstalled the software, still
can't get it to recognize it.
Any suggestions? Only changes made on the computer since the first use was
PDA software was installed. Don't know if this caused a conflict or something.
