If it is using the serial port, you might want to check the speed of the
port.

500. First time I installed software and hooked it up to the computer, no
problems. Now my computer doesn't recognize it. I have reinstalled the
software, still can't get it to recognize it. Any suggestions? Only changes
made on the computer since the first use was PDA software was installed.
