Epinephrine ampoules (3) (Incl 5/8" SQ needle and  3' needle, j/i/c)
Dexamethasone Ampoules (3) (1" needle)
Lidocaine 2% ampoules (1) [local anesthetic]
Sutures (5 asst)
Betadine pkts (5)
3way antibiotic ointment (2)
bandaids
tape: Plastic,1"Wx14ft
4x4 pads - 4 pouches of 2ea

After looking at that, this list doesn't even look close to enough!
