One easy and very cheap thing that you can do for the itching is: find an old
tube sock. Put some plain oatmeal in it. Run a nice bath...the cooler the
better, and place the sock in it. The more you squeeze the sock the more of the
oatmeal 'lotion' will be released into the bath water. It really does help with
the itching and is so much cheaper than the stuff you can get in the store.
