[GeoStL] Island cache!

Just a thought. If you still do not have an Island cache for the SLAGA
challenge and want to get Macon county, Illinois go to GCJ9A1. Ice should be
thick enough to walk to the cache. (It's 1 degrees there right now as I watch
the news!) There are plenty nearby for the Macon county requirement also. The
cache is called Baltimore wetland and is on an island on Lake Decatur.
