[GeoStL] Group E-mail confusion

I have two suggestions regarding e-mails for group events:
Stop sending all of the previous letter's contents when replying to mail.
The letters get very long, and are hard to figure out who added what when.
There is a setting for this in most mail servers to limit or stop this.
The other is sign a name to your reply, so when they do get added to, we
know who wrote what part of the letter.
Other than that, I don't imagine we will come up with a perfect system, so
what, I still enjoy it all.
