There is actually a new cache management program written for Macs. GeoJournal v. 1.0 was just released on July 31.

http://tinyurl.com/25gnkkIt has a few bugs that I'm not crazy about, but for an initial release it looks good. I think future releases will tweak the things I have issues with and will make the license fee worthwhile.
