-Try something like PageBreeze. You can type and format the page like you want and then go over to the HTML Source tab which will have what you need to copy and paste into the cache page. You may want to get rid of the lines in the html code at the end that say it was created with PageBreeze but it's pretty obvious so it's easy to get rid of.
That doesn't answer the trophy question but it should help with the html question.
