Hi Tim, Pam and Molly

I can check with the hotels and see if any allow pets. I can let you
know in a day or two what I find out. Jeff City Parks and Rec has a
great campground at Binder Park and I'm sure there will be room there.
It has full hookups. I can make a reservation for you if you'd like to
go that way. Here's a link to the campground info.

Binder Park will also be a site of a night cache!!! I am working on it
right now and will have it up for the Potluck. I am planning on lots of
fun with this night cache. I am also planning 4 new multi's: a Historic
Churches, Civil War, Lewis & Clark and Govt Office Building caches as
well as 4 or 5 other caches for the event. (Glen, are you ready for
some approving?)

Do any of them allow dogs?
Molly will be coming with us.
Do you know of any camp grounds that will be open with electric and
water available?

Ctiy

Howdy all,

The JC Convention and Visitors Bureau and I have negotiated discounts
for area hotels for the Jan 31 Geocaching Potluck in Jeff City. Rates
vary by room size and location. The cheapest is $42 and go all the way
up to the 'King Suite' at Capitol Plaza for $80.

If you are thinking about attending and want to stay overnight, please
let me know and I will email you the list of hotels and prices. I will
also let you know what you need to do to get your reservations in at the
discount price.
