Laura,

Any event should be handled much like the Spring and Fall
picnics are handled. The person sponsoring it gets to
choose the day, time and location. You won't please everyone
with whatever you do. To my knowledge, there's only been
one SLAGA event held on the east side of the river and that
was way before I joined. I'd like to see something "over
here" from time to time. You put it on and some of us will
come.
