I like the idea of using existing collection barrels. It's simple, and security
is already taken care of. That's where the photo comes in -- to "prove" your
find.

It could be done easy enough. scout around for stores
etc that have collection barrels out and give those
coordinants. I know a church and a pantry that would
LOVE to have donations.
