Hi everyone,
Our lobbyist, Steve, has made a slight change to the letters. He is asking
that letters get sent to me first. He says that timing is critical in when
we send them on to representatives, so send them to me, I'll send to Steve,
then he will give us the "ok" to send on to Rep Dempsey.
Here's wording to add onto your request to your supervisor or someone who is
writing the letter:
Our timing in submitting the letter is critical. Will you please let me send
it to our GATA President and then I'll give you the green light for when
it's ok to send it on to Rep Dempsey since our timing in submitting to her
is critical.
