[gameprogrammer] Autopatcher system

In case anyone is interested, I put in an autopatcher system in my network
API. You can use it to add autopatching capabilities to your game(s) if you
so choose. You can get the GPL version from
http://www.rakkarsoft.com/raknet/downloads/RakNet.zip
