Just to introduce myself really. I am an electronics engineer in Bedfordshire (England) 27 years young and getting younger by the day !!!!!! Music is my main passion with sport a close second I have been using the fruity for about a year now and although I have mastered the programs main features I am struggling with small features such as connecting my keyboard getting the 303 to work consistently and a few other thing which I am sure will pop out over the course of me using this forum. I love most genres of music however my main passion is drum and bass (not the crappy jump up style but jazzy smooth bookem stuff) I also have a great passion for the acoustic guitar. That's about it really. Help me please??????? In Fruity, hit F10 (Options->Midi) and make sure that your Midi port is selected where it says "Remote Control Input". Close the options window. Then try pressing a key on your midi keyboard. You should see the 'Midi' light next to the Fruity master volume and pitch controls come on, and go out when you release the key. If this happens, Fruity is ready to go. If not, check that your midi cables are not reversed (ie, keyboard out->computer out instead of keyboard out->computer in). If that still doesn't work, I'd suspect you either have a faulty keyboard or faulty midi interface. G.
