I'd vote NO WAY on any project that requires 'patient records'
online. HIPPA requirements are stiff, tough and punishments severe in
the event of a breach. If you recall, we lost our previous web host site
because of their implementing HIPPA regulations in their business.
There is just too much liability involved.
