[frgeek-michiana] Old FGM web site at MFN

Since I have a development web server running on Indy, separate from the
FGM production server, I have informed Karen Shirk at Michiana Free Net
that we don't need the MFN site any longer. I am asking her to allow us a
redirect page for 60 days.
I expressed our gratitude for the help MFN has given us in the past year
and offered to answer any questions Karen has about the technologies we are
using on our web server. I also offered a pro bono refurb box should they
need one in a pinch.
