[freelists-users] help!

Hello,
One of my members is able to read all the posts,
she has no flags set or anything. When she tries to
reply to the posts she gets an error message like this..

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Can anybody tell me why this is happening and how I can correct it?
