That's still the plan, but with some uncertainty
I think we're on schedule at the moment. I'm just beginning the build
tests round, just assuming that the remaining bootstrap change
(blocker, so can't be postponed to 3.0.2) does not break anything on
the platforms already tested by the time it comes.
