[frc3941_team] FRC 3941: Saturday Meeting 9a-3p

Good Evening,
We will plan to meet Saturday (3/22) from 9a-3p. The next few meetings
should be awesome. We've got a few things left to build, organization for the
competition, and watching some games!
I've thrown out a few mentor expectations over the last 2 years but, this
year, I really want us to focus on the scouting and prep for each match. I want
to see this team go into the Baltimore competition more prepared than all of
the other teams. In order to do that, I expect everyone to have watched other
matches prior to the event. I also expect us to be able to classify the robots
around us. Ultimately, each team has its personalities and so do the robots. In
sports, those personalities affect the roles of each player on the field. Here,
the strengths and the weaknesses affect how we should organize the teams around
us and we need scouting to determine these attributes.
We've gone to worlds for two years now. We have what it takes to step up
as leaders in this competition. We will start with our scouting, and I hope
that our diligence in scouting echoes in all other aspects of our work for the
remainder of the season.
