Sometimes on gets a "better" pen in not-so-better shape.

Still...

In a lot of pens recently acquired was a Sheaffer HR flat-top pen.

Mottled.

Rare, IMO, than RCHR though less on the radar save to those who know.

This one has a quite decent barrel. Cap is bad. Shortened, chipped. Missing
clip (or having hole in vague vicinity if really clipless LOL) with patching to
that spot.

Still, I've never owned a mottled Sheaffer and have handled/seen/photographed
probably fewer than eight all told. Maybe fewer than five, who can recall?

Now, if anyone needs a barrel or if anyone has a cap? ;)
