Yes Doug you can.
Basically you will have some variable type and byte order differences,
but other than that it will run.
I have made the same calls and compiled on w32 using gcc.
The key is setting up the windows make to use link with the Foxboro
libraries (dlls) located in D:/usr/fox/system32.

I have a program that is based on the alm_line C program (Scripts &
Tools Archive - The Cassandra Project); it makes IPC calls to capture
alarm messages. I now need to run this program on a Windows XP machine
(was previously only implemented on Solaris), and I am wondering if I
can make the same IPC calls, via the Nutcracker shell or directly? Does
anyone have any sample code that does this?
