Jim,

This is normally done in system definition -- in the parameters page, look at
"Date Format" for each workstation, choices are European, ISO, US.  These affect
both the date format and the time format.

The sysdef choice for each workstation is stored in /etc/dateform.  This file
has the contents "0", "1" or "2" (can't remember which is which for sure, I
think it is US=0, ISO=1, European=2).  If you change this file directly, be sure
to change it in sysdef too.  You have to restart the display manager or foxview
to get this to take effect, may have to start the workstation.

Older versions of FoxView didn't read this correctly, but any version after 9.0
should work.
