What version of I/A are you running??
QF1183542B is for systems V8.2 thru V8.4.4....it provides a new hpstk.exe
executable that prevents bad time propagation.
It prevents MTK from propagating bad timestamps as defined below year 1970 and
above year 2038
It also prevents Time zone out-of-range propagation which is defined as local
time less than GMT - 12 hours and greater than GMT + 13
So the fact that your date didnt change at midnight would have caused a 24 hour
differential and would fit the timezone out of range definition.
Synopsis:
"A 'bad' date causes the CP's to try to decode this value while
spending excessive amount of CPU resources in this task. Some of the symptoms
as experienced and described in earlier communications, is that the CPs
become very slow to present data on displays (sometimes even in 'cyan' color),
or to respond to other system commands or requests."

Yes there was negative time stamping. After 00:00:00 the date didn't advance to
the next date. 00:10:00, the date got normalized.
Can we avoid such negative time stamping ?
