Brian,

What Russ says about restarting your system monitors may work but ..
you also should contact your local Invensys/Foxboro Service Representitive
to check remenants due to commitals, looking at Solution 114 and Solution
1200
    as a guide.

   Regards,

   Scott

If the Network error is being caused by the intelligent FBM networks you will
have to find those in the smon logs if you see a consistent device that is
always reporting an issue.

Short of anything obvious.....stop and restart your sysmon's to see if they
clear...

Yes, every station is red. From the NETWORK pick in SYSMON there are no
indications of any errors, (NETWORK WHITE) checked every station/CP/FBM and
Digital Transmitter. Is there no way to search for the errors?

Does every workstation have the SYS key read..?
Or just workstations for a particular SMON..?

If every station...then a Network alarm has occurred.
Network alarm can be caused by the usual Network/Nodebus issues but also
intelligent type I/O like Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, HART etc...
Those type of IO use a "network" type of communications....

Anyone know of a way to figure out which SYSMON might be having an issue?
Our SYS light is red but we show no errors on anything.

Thanks,

Brian Long
