Marc, The initial Default for MAXPTS should already be 5000. Save out your configfuration and check the .inp file ## AIM*HISTORIAN CONFIGURATION: MAXPTS = 5000 maxobj is 5000 in aimapi.cfg by default, unless it has been configured otherwise You can delete or force delete the points you want from the existing configuration and add new ones until you reach your 500 point license limit.
