Re: [foxboro] Save CAD or ALARM History To Text File via Command Prompt - FoxRay vs AMS

The "Process Summary Report" is a standard tool in IA. It can be configured
to direct the results to a file and can be configured for many options. It can
easily be scheduled with Unix or Windows tools. Once the file is available it
can be emailed (not easily) to management.

We once had a requirement to send a daily email to area supervisors so they
knew each alarm that was currently inhibited for their process area. They
matched the inhibits against their work orders to ensure only inhibits were in
areas under work order.
