Ashley,
What revision are your problem CP60s and FCMs? Have you got ferrites
installed on the CP60s? Have you followed Foxboro's guidelines
regarding the CP60 DIN rail (isolation, single high quality ground,
only approved equipt. on the rail, etc)?
At my last plant, the combination of ferrites, DIN rail isolation and
grounding + 1.16 firmware finally took care of our PIO bus errors.
