I don't use the "New System Monitor", but if the system is not live you
can remove the ecbs and then download them in the order that you want
them to show. I know, not much help.

David,

I have tried and tried and tried to do this, to no avail. Tom Vandewater
and I spent an afternoon in Hawaii, if you can imagine that, trying to
re-arrange FBMs in SysMon, and nothing worked. There is a magic number
called Logical Address that cannot be altered by the user. This address
determines the order in which you see the FBM.

are using the new system monitor on a windows machine, if that makes a
difference.
