Hi,
Could try a SIGSEL with MAX option. Feed the ACCUM.OUT into INP1 and the
output of the SIGSEL back into INP2. You will need some logic to BYPASS input
2 though when you want don't need the MAX anymore, so might be better to use a
CALC block, as it is self contained and blocks feeding into themselves might be
unsettling to some.

this quite often and our solution works well and without issue but it's clunky.
Wondered if there's a simple / clean way to do that we've not thought of.
