It makes "sense" when you realise that what those Matrox cards are actually
doing is extending the PCI bus over fibre... so breaking the connection is
like short circuiting the motherboard... what I don't understand is how
Invensys continue to sell it.
just sell a server and cheap ass desktop that can remote connect to it -
far more reliable... far less problems...
