about the same...but different...
which is the up-to-date Foxboro I/A approach for PLCs integration ? 
we have several AB-PLC5 and AB-SLC500 with abstations and with
int30+KF2...and we are reaching the comm limits...
by the way...we have CPs 40A.

PS   You will probably not be using the AIM*OPC if you want to build blocks 
in IA.  The AIM*OPC is for the historian interface.  It's pretty cool also
but 
it sounds like you want control blocks.
