Perform a PDA status read with the letterbug cfg.
What does the PDA status read say for mac and ip?

fist CPNAME returns the same mac address found with system monitor and
in
thePSAP section of the ini file. =
arp -a returns the same mac address as the previous command and the same
IP
address reported by system monitor =
I deleted the ini file and could communicate with the other processors
but
not with the problematic one. The PSAP address for this processor in the
new
ini file doesn't look right. =
